Remove Babylon toolbar

Babylon is basically add-on for i.e, firefox or google chrome. Generally it is installed while installing other softwares like super video cutter . which you may know. if you don’t want to install this, Do care while  installing any software. there will be options for installing babylon toolbar. but if it is already installed no matter how and you want to remove this particular thing then i have tried to described  the methods to remove it from different browsers like Google chrome,internet explorer and Firefox.

Remove Babylon search from Google chrome

Step 1)
launch Google chrome browser, click on the wrench option on top-right corner then click on option.

Step 2)
Click on basics and then click on open the home page.

Step 3)
Set the Home page as Use the new Tab page also set Search as Google or any other.

Step 4)
At last got tools -> Extensions which will open Extensions tab. Simply remove Babylon extensions


Remove Babylon search from Firefox

Step 1)
Launch the Firefox browser

Step 2)
Go to Tools -> Add-ones which will open add-ons and extensions manager.

Step 3)
Then click on Extensions to view Babylon toolbar entry

Step 4)
click on Babylon toolbar and removeit by clicking on Remove button.

Step 5)
click on search box arrow icon and select Google as the default search engine.

Step 6)
Restart your browser

Remove Babylon search from Internet Explorer

Step 1)
Launch Internet Explorer

Step 2)
Go to Tools and select Manage add-ons option.

Step 3)
select Toolbars and Extensions to view all installed toolbars and extensions for Internet Explorer.

Step 4)
Right click on all entries of Babylon toolbar and Disable them.

Step 5)
Then click on Add-on Types, click Search Providers to see Bing and Search the web (Babylon) entry.

Step 6)
Select Bing and then click Set as default button, and then select Search the web , right-click on (Babylon) entry and  Remove it.

Step 7)
Agian go to Tools -> Options -> General tab ->new home page -> click Use default button -> click Apply button to get rid of Babylon Search from new tab page as well.
